Electrical design leader with 17 years across solar PV, battery energy storage, EV charging and commercial power distribution, designed to US codes (NEC/NFPA 70, Title 24, CBC/IBC, IFC, ADA) and California utility standards. Built three teams from the ground up — a 35-person renewables design branch, a general-construction group delivering in Revit/BIM, and a dedicated QC function — along with the standards, review gates and training systems that made them repeatable.
Below: a reverse-chronological record of that career, the colleagues who can speak to it, and the engineers trained and managed along the way. Hover a name for the years we overlapped; click for the full note.

Revit / BIM delivery · Title 24 Part 6 and CALGreen · lighting design (AGi32, ElumTools) · ETAP · photometrics · Python, FastAPI and AI-assisted development · QC framework design.
Certifications: Title 24 Part 6 Essentials — Nonresidential & Multifamily Indoor Lighting Controls, and Residential Lighting (EnergyCodeAce, Feb 2023) · AI Generalist Accelerator (Outskill, Oct 2025).
Team building at scale · technical-test hiring · training system design · engineering standards · commercial power distribution code and Revit from late 2022.
SKM PowerTools · EasyPower · energy storage design · documentation systems · being the escalation point for a team.
Fluent AutoCAD, learned by watching Rohit Rattan · NEC wiring schedules · PVsyst · US design conventions.
Basic CAD · 3D modelling · PV structures · field installation · LED driver product development · prototype-to-production. The NEC was named here by an outside advisor, Rao N R, but not taught — that came later, at Natron.
Electronics fundamentals. Highest formal qualification held — entered after Grade 10.
Engineers hired and trained across the India design teams, shown for verification. Punjab on the left, Agra on the right. Cards show the last designation each person held in our company; for those who have moved on since the Pearce acquisition, their current role and firm as well. Hover a name and the scale lights up for exactly the years they were with us, the same way the timeline above works. Dates are read from their own profiles.
